About Cassie

Cassie is political journalist in Washington, D.C.

She currently works for Spectrum News as a Washington correspondent covering Congress, the Biden administration, the Supreme Court, and other federal agencies. Cassie has conducted interviews with Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy, Acting Labor Secretary Julie Su, Rep. Adam Schiff, and other news makers in Washington. She also has experience as a pool reporter for the Vice President, both in Washington and beyond.

Before arriving in Washington, Cassie worked in local news in her hometown of Scranton, PA and in Dover, DE. She has experience in producing and anchoring newscasts, scripting and editing packages, and field producing.
